No Cash Advances

You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.

Ballina Heating & Outdoor Leisure gift vouchers may not be used to purchase another Ballina Heating & Outdoor Leisure gift voucher.

Validity and Expiry of Gift Cards
Ballina Heating & Outdoor Leisure gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with NSW State legislation.
Redemption of a Gift Voucher
Please consider your gift voucher as currency. If the purchase is more than gift voucher amount the difference may be paid via Credit card, EFTPOS or cash. This amount is to be paid at the time of payment. If the purchase is less than the gift voucher amount the voucher will be marked and returned to gift voucher recipient. No change will be given on a gift voucher.
